Ordering & Shipping

How does the online ordering process work?

It's straightforward: Place your order online, and if you're local to the Treasure Valley area, choose "Local Pickup" to complete your paperwork and background check in our store. If you're out of state, provide your local FFL dealer's information, and we'll ship directly to them for transfer.

What information do I need to provide for my FFL dealer?

We'll need:

- FFL dealer's business name

- Complete physical address

- Contact phone number

- FFL license number (if available)

- Dealer email address

Do you ship to all states?

While we love to serve everyone, some states have specific restrictions that affect what we can ship. Currently, CA, WA, OR, and NY have strict regulations on certain firearms, magazines, and parts. We recommend checking your local laws or contacting us for the most up-to-date information.

What about shipping costs?

Shipping rates vary based on the product and destination. For firearms, we charge a flat rate of $150 for FFL transfers. Local pickup is always free.

Transfer & Pickup Process

What do I need to bring for local pickup?

Please bring:

- Valid government-issued photo ID

- Second form of ID (recommended)

- Proof of current residence if address differs from ID

- Any required state permits/licenses

- Payment for any remaining balance

How long does the background check process take?

Typically, background checks take about 15-30 minutes. However, delays can occur, and some checks may take several days. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Can someone else pick up my firearm for me?

No. Federal law requires that the person who purchased the firearm must complete the background check and take possession in person.

State Restrictions & Compliance

Why can't you ship certain items to my state?

Some states have specific laws restricting certain firearms, magazine capacities, and parts. We strictly adhere to all federal and state regulations to ensure legal compliance.

What if my state recently changed its laws?

Firearm laws can change frequently. We stay up-to-date with regulations, but we always recommend:

General Questions

Do you accept returns?

For non-firearm items, we offer a 14-day return policy. There are exceptions to this policy as we reserve the right to not accept a return if the condition of the returned item is not satisfactory. Firearms sales are final once the transfer is completed, per federal law.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Yes, as long as the order hasn't shipped. Contact us immediately with your order number for any changes.
