All firearm sales through Overland Armament are conducted in strict compliance with federal, state, and local laws. All transfers must be completed through a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer with proper documentation and background checks as required by law.

Eligibility Requirements

By engaging in any transaction with Overland Armament, you certify that you:

• Are legally eligible to purchase and possess firearms under federal and state law

• Are at least 21 years of age for handguns and handgun ammunition

• Are at least 18 years of age for long guns and long gun ammunition

• Are not prohibited from purchasing or possessing firearms under federal or state law

• Will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws

• Are not purchasing for someone else (no straw purchases)

Transfer & Background Check Notice

All firearm purchases require:

• Valid government-issued photo identification

• Completion of ATF Form 4473

• Successful background check through the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS)

• Compliance with all state and local requirements

• In-person completion of transfer at a licensed FFL location

State Compliance Notice

Buyers are responsible for:

• Knowing and complying with their local laws

• Understanding state-specific restrictions

• Obtaining any required permits or licenses

• Meeting state-specific purchase requirements

Liability Disclaimer

Overland Armament disclaims all liability for:

• Improper use of purchased items

• Violations of applicable laws

• Accidents or injuries

• Unauthorized modifications

• Improper storage or handling

Buyers assume all responsibility for the legal purchase, transfer, possession, use, and storage of any firearms or related items.

Warranty & Returns

• All new firearms include manufacturer's standard warranty

• All sales are final once transfer is completed

• Defective items covered under manufacturer's warranty

• Returns subject to federal and state laws governing firearm transfers
